Here's what I have my eye on this year:
Bite Me: Croquembouche with almond silk and a drizzle of caramel.
Lambs-wool: A popular holy day beverage in 18th century Ireland: roasted apples mashed into warmed milk and ale, with nutmeg, sugar, ginger, and clove.
Suck it: Black cherry brandy.
Pumpkin Patch 2009:
Pumpkin Patch I: Pumpkin, almond, brown musk, and honey.
Pumpkin Patch V: Pumpkin, chocolate, coffee bean, vanilla bean, and hazelnut.
and maybe:
Feeding the Dead: A barrel of beer, a pyramid of cakes, and three sticks of incense.
Pomona: Azaroles, nuts, and apple blossoms with red apple pulp, mulberry, blackberry, and pomegranate juice.
