Tonight I aim to get to bed at 8ish. Which would have been a goal for
yesterday too except I put off the store trip for too long and didn't end up
leaving until 6:30 or so.
It looks very gray outside. But it wasn't as icky when I left for work as it
was last night. It was less cold and had stopped snow/raining.
My legs are sore from Tuesday's Gunnar workout. I've been trying to stretch
a little sitting here at my desk without looking too weird. Hopefully that
will help a little. I almost fell off my chair a second ago. Maybe it's not
such a good idea after all.
