no pants, zelda, brunch, movie, JoAnn's

I had a moment of panic this morning when I found that I forgot to bring my
work pants back to Steve's with me. Fortunately, I had my black pinstripes
there and they were fitting today. Yay to that. Don't know what I would have
done. Worn them anyway I guess. They're actually fitting on the loose side.
I didn't expect that. My jeans have all still been tight.

This weekend I played a lot of Zelda. I wish I could stick with games
better. I tend to like the kinds that you need to play for days and days,
but I tend to lack the attention span necessary to actually play that much.
So I abandon them for months at a time and then don't know what I was doing
and have to start again. It's no wonder I never finish any of them.

Yesterday Steve and I went to brunch at the Davenport and then went to see
Harry Potter. It's the first I saw without reading the book first. We also
went to JoAnn's so I could find ribbon to match my coat. I need to have the
belt loops replaced because I lost one and I figured ribbon might be a
better idea than the string, which clearly didn't hold up that well. I also
bought two patterns for skirts, though I don't know why since I never seem
to get around to making anything. I could though! Maybe. One of these days.
