regularly I just feel fat and bloated and my allergies act up and my skin
breaks out and won't heal. Just bleah. It also seems to make my monthly
hormonal issues worse. Both physically and emotionally. And even knowing
this I still manage to eat too much sweet stuff! I don't like it enough to
even make it worth it. I could see (maybe) if i were eating things that just
made me so exceptionally pleased that i couldn't imagine life without them.
But it's usually take it or leave it kind of stuff.
I'm hungry. I need to go home, eat some real food, and try to get my
assignment finished up for this afternoon. I'm such a slacker.
